Storyline

Devil May Cry 3 follows the journey of Dante, a stylish and ambitious young demon hunter, who is suddenly attacked by a group of demons in his office. Vergil aims to gain the power of his powerful father, Sparda, a renowned demon race that has saved countless humans. Dante, armed with his signature weapons, Rebellion, and his melee sword, decides to enter the tower to investigate. He then encounters Lady, a demon hunter with a grudge against Arkham, a sorceress with the same mission as Vergil.

On Dante’s journey to the top of the tower, Dante encounters numerous powerful demons, and will face an epic battle between Vergil and Vergil, both eager to fight. Behind it turns out that Arkham has defected from Vergil to seize the power of Sparda for himself, which turns him into a terrible and powerful monster. After that incident, Dante and Vergil finally work together temporarily to defeat Arkham, but after defeating Vergil makes an unexpected decision to stay in the demon world. Dante chooses to return to the human world and continue his hobby of being a demon hunter, with the battles he wins making him stronger, while Lady continues her journey.
